2G கூட்டு சதியா?

ஸ்வான் மற்றும் யூனிடெக் கம்பெனிகளுடன் ராசா கூட்டு சதியில் ஈடுபட்டார் என்ற சிபிஐயின் குற்றச்சாட்டு சரியா  ? அல்லது சதியா?

ராசா டெலிகாம் மந்திரி ஆவதற்கு முன்பே ஸ்வான் கம்பெனி லைசென்ஸ்க்கு விண்ணப்பம் செய்திருந்தது. மேலும் ஸ்வான் மற்றும் யூனிடெக் கம்பெனிகள் ஒருவருக்கு ஒருவர் போட்டியாளர்கள். இப்படி ஒருவருக்கு ஒருவர் சம்பந்தமில்லாத நிலையில் கூட்டுசதி எப்படி சாத்தியம்?

ஸ்வான் மற்றும் யூனிடெக் கம்பெனிகள் வெளிநாட்டு கம்பெனிகளிடமிருந்து முதலீடு பெற்றது தவறு என்கிறது சிபிஐ.

ஆனால் இதே டெலிகாம் துறையில் டாடா டெலிசர்வீஸ் லிட் , சிஸ்டமா சியாம் டெலிசர்வீசஸ் மற்றும் எஸ் டெல் போன்ற கம்பெனிகள் மிப்பெரிய அளவில் வெளிநாட்டு முதலீடுகள் பெற்றிருக்கிறார்களே  . அதை அரசும் சிபிஐயும் கண்டுக்கொள்ளவில்லையே. அது ஏன்?

டெலிகாம் துறையில் மிகப்பெரிய முதலீடு தேவை என்ற நிலையில் புதிய கம்பெனிகள் தொழில் தொடங்க முதலீடு பெறவும் புதியதொழில் என்றால் காலதாமதம் என்பதும் நடக்கக்கூடியதுதானே.

அது சரி இதற்கெல்லாம் எதை ஆதாராமாக வைத்து ராசாவை தொர்பு படுத்துகிறது சிபிஐ. ?
